Elizabeth Mbasu is a graduate of the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) Australia, Master of Education in Flexible Learning and a B.ED from SC Kenyatta University. She works as Educational Technologist & Instruction Designer for the Network of Blended and Digital Learning at Aga Khan University (AKU). Previously, Elizabeth worked for Family Health International 360 in the capacity of Education Specialist (e-learning) where she designed ICT integrated Instruction and trained teacher educators in Kenya to integrate ICT in their instruction to enhance curriculum delivery. She also worked at Kenya Institute of Education; “the National Curriculum & Research Centre” in the capacity of Director, Open & Distance Learning and as Instructional designer for traditional face-to-face, digital and on-line instruction for both high school and Teacher Training Colleges. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as a science Teacher Trainer for Teacher Training College and a high school teacher teaching Biology & Chemistry.
